Zusammenfassung
In einer Druckerei versucht ein Arbeiter, im laufenden Betrieb einen Fremdkörper von einer Druckwalze zu entfernen, als die Ärmel seines Arbeitskittels zwischen zwei tonnenschweren Walzen gezogen werden und beide Arme mitreißen. Trotz augenblicklicher Abschaltung der Druckwalzen durch Arbeitskollegen sind beide Arme zwischen den Walzen eingeklemmt. Der erstversorgende Notarzt, ein Assistenzarzt der inneren Medizin, findet einen bewusstseinsgetrübten Patienten vor, der an der Walze stehend von mehreren Arbeitskollegen gestützt wird.
