Abstract

To improve the quality of learning about Direct Lattice and Reciprocal Lattice in the field of Solid-state Physics, LabVIEW 8.2 Professional Edition, as a development tool, was used for designing and realizing the vector’s manifestations and its computation process. The design idea was naturally infiltrated into the computing between Direct Lattice and Reciprocal Lattice. This method can help a beginner build up the concept of Direct Lattice and Reciprocal Lattice clearly from the vector perspective. Especially, it can make the beginner learn the relationship between Direct Lattice Vector and Reciprocal Lattice Vector deeply from the perspective of Fourier Transform.
