Abstract

This chapter contains a review of experimental methods and results of neutron scattering studies performed on AF and FM all-semiconductor superlattices. It demonstrates the efficiency of neutron diffraction methods in experimental studies of the interlayer coupling and contains a description of theoretical efforts to understand physical mechanisms of this coupling in semiconductor structures containing ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic layers.
