Zusammenfassung
Nachdem im ersten Teil dieses Buches nach dem Motto „Keep it situational“ die normativen, legalen und ethischen Kontextbedingungen, im zweiten Teil nach dem Motto „Keep it strategic“ die direkten Leitungsfunktionen (wie Board-Team, -Kultur, -Struktur und Erfolgsmaßstäbe), im dritten Teil nach dem Motto „Keep it integrated“ die indirekten Leitungsfunktionen (wie Gewinnung, Feedback, Honorierung und Förderung der Board- und GL-Teams) behandelt wurden, widmet sich der Schlussteil der Monitoring-Funktion des Boards nach dem Motto „Keep it controlled“.
