Zusammenfassung

Zur Endoprothesenimplantation wird der Patient standardisiert vorbereitet. Erst unmittelbar vor der Operation erfolgt die schonende Rasur der Haut im Operationsgebiet, es wird ein Blasenkatheter gelegt und der Patient anästhesiert. Besondere Sorgfalt erfordert die Lagerung des Patienten. Mit stabilen Seitenstützen und Gurten wird der Patient so fixiert, dass sich seine Position während der Operation nicht verändert. Die Lagerung des Patienten darf intraoperativ nicht ohne Rücksprache mit dem Operateur verändert werden. Ein Kippen des Tisches in Kopftieflage z. B. zum Stechen eines zentralvenösen Katheters führt sonst leicht zu einer Fehlpositionierung der Pfanne. Bei schwerwiegenden kontrakten Hüftfehlstellungen und Wirbelsäulendeformitäten muss bei der Lagerung des Patienten die Beckenkippung besonders berücksichtigt werden.
