The First International Workshop on Social Networks and Social Media Mining on theWeb (SNSMW 2010) was held in Tsukuba, Japan on 4 April, 2010, in conjunction with the DASFAA 2010 conference. The aim of the workshop is to provide an opportunity to present papers on social networks and social media mining.
