Zusammenfassung
Die Stellung im ruhigen Stand gilt als Ausgangsstellung. Damit wird das Bewegungsausmaß entsprechend der Null-Durchgangsmethode bestimmt. Aus dieser Stellung heraus kann man die Bewegungen ausführen und das jeweilige Bewegungsausmaß erfassen. Lässt sich das Hüftgelenk beispielsweise aus seiner Null-Stellung bis 90° beugen und bis 10° strecken, schreibt man: Flexion/Extension = 90–0–10°. Fehlen jedoch 10° bis zur Streckstellung, lautet die Beschreibung: Flexion/Extension = 90–10–0°.
