The paper discusses the parameters of ApEn and SampEn analysis of laboratory rats with different likelihood of developing the cardiovascular disease under acute and chronic exposure to stress. Pattern length, normalized threshold, time delay and pulse interval series length, as well as signal stationarity were considered.
