Zusammenfassung
Psychotherapie ist in ihrer zeitlichen und räumlichen Intensität stark eingeschränkt: Im Regelfall finden ein bis zwei Therapiesitzungen pro Woche statt – im Alltag muss sich der Patient auch während einer Behandlung meist allein mit kritischen Situationen und Reaktionen auseinandersetzen. Um Effektivität und Wirkungsgrad der Therapie zu erhöhen, werden gezielt therapeutische Vereinbarungen, Absprachen und Aufgaben eingesetzt. Diese helfen das gemeinsame Arbeiten zu strukturieren und zu intensivieren, klare Ziel- und Erfolgskriterien festzulegen sowie neue Verhaltensweisen systematisch einzuführen und im Alltag zu etablieren.
