Zusammenfassung

Die Parkinsonsyndrome und Dystonien gehören zu den extrapyramidalmotorischen Bewegungsstörungen. Diese im Wesentlichen durch den anatomischen Bezug zu den Basalganglien definierten Störungen haben spezifische Besonderheiten mit weitreichenden Konsequenzen für die medikamentöse, operative und rehabilitative Therapie.
