Zusammenfassung
Apraxien sind eine häufige Folge linkshirniger Läsionen. Sie sind meist von Aphasie und nicht selten auch von einer rechtsseitigen Hemiplegie begleitet. Sowohl ihre Relevanz für Aktivität und Teilhabe im Alltag als auch Notwendigkeit und Möglichkeiten der Therapie müssen vor diesem klinischen Hintergrund gesehen werden. Dieses Kapitel beschränkt sich auf die Gliedmaßenapraxie.
