Zusamenfassung
Psychotherapie ist eine Interaktion zwischen einem Patienten und einem Therapeuten (aufgrund einer standardisierten Ausbildung) zum Zwecke der Behandlung von Verhaltensstörungen oder Leidenszu- ständen durch Kommunikation mit einer lehrbaren Technik, einem definierten Ziel auf der Basis einer Theorie des normalen und abnormalen Verhaltens (Strotzka 1984; leicht gekürzt).
