Zusammenfassung
Die besonderen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen an luftfahrttechnische Betriebe geben dem Qualitätsmanagement eine besondere Bedeutung und macht eine ausführliche Auseinandersetzung unverzichtbar. Hierzu wird zunächst auf die Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements eingegangen, bevor eine Überleitung zu Qualitätsmanagementsystemen erfolgt. Als erstes werden dort Zweck und Ziele solcher Systeme erläutert, bevor eine Beschreibung der zugehörigen Dokumentationsbestandteile vorgenommen wird. Zu letzteren zählt neben dem Betriebs- bzw. Managementhandbuch die operative Vorgabedokumentation in Form von Verfahrens- oder Prozessbeschreibungen sowie Anleitungen und Hilfsdokumenten.
