Abstract

PSE-Bio is a web service-based PSE for bioinformatics. To facilitate users to analyze various service invocation results with the web browser, a uniform visualization data object to encapsulate returned information is designed. SVG is used to implement visualization, and Ajax is adopted to make the visualization results interact with service again directly from the SVG page. The experiment is done in the end to indicate that this solution is suitable for visualization of bioinformatics.
