Zwischen Unterarm und Hand bestehen zahlreiche »Verbindungsstraßen«, die entweder entlang der Sehnen(scheiden) der extrinsischen Handmuskulatur (► Kap. 5, ► Kap. 6), durch Verbindungen der Faszienräume der Hand mit jenen des Unterarms (► Kap. 45, ► Kap. 48) und/oder entlang von Gefäß-bzw. Nervenbahnen (◘ Abb. 36.1) verlaufen.
