Abstract
Apart from the standards for Digital Video and Audio Broadcasting and Mobile TV, there are by now other methods which are only touched upon to some extent in this chapter but are partly also discussed in greater detail as far as possible. The situation is frequently that it is impossible to discuss details since they have not been published, or are only known by their status. Naturally, it is not intended to violate any rights.
