Zusammenfassung

In den vorangegangenen Kapiteln wurden die Qualitätselemente verschiedener kommunikationstechnischer Systeme (Sprachübertragungssysteme, Videoübertragungssysteme, Sprachdialogsysteme und multimodale Dialogsysteme) identifiziert und Beurteilungsmethoden zur Erfassung des Einflusses der Systemcharakteristika (Qualit ätselemente) auf die wahrgenommene Qualität und Gebrauchstauglichkeit (Qualit ätsmerkmale) vorgestellt. Diese Beurteilungsmethoden sind i. Allg. subjektiver Natur und bedienen sich menschlicher Versuchspersonen als Messorgane.
