Zusammenfassung

Für die Diagnostik von Erkrankungen oder Fehlbildungen des Uterus und der Zervix wird primär die gynäkologische Untersuchung eingesetzt. Durch eine transabdominelle, besser eine transvaginale Sonografie kann die klinische Untersuchung ergänzt werden. Zur Diagnostik von fortgeschrittenen Tumorerkrankungen oder im Rahmen primär nicht gynäkologischer Fragestellungen kann das kleine Becken mittels CT (mit-)beurteilt werden.
