Zusammenfassung
Die Cockcroft–Gault-Formel wurde 1973 entwickelt. Zugrunde lagen die Daten von 249 Männern mit einer Kreatinin-Clearance zwischen 30 und 130 ml/min. Eine Kreatinin-Clearance von >60 ml/min kann in guter Annäherung mit der Formel von Cockcroft und Gault berechnet werden.
