Zusammenfassung
Diarrhoen treten in der Onkologie meist als Folge einer Behandlung mit Antimetaboliten (5-Fluorouracil, Methotrexat), Anthrazyklinen (Doxorubicin), Topoisomerase-I-Inhibitoren (Irinotecan) sowie bei abdomineller und pelviner Strahlentherapie auf. Die Behandlung von Nierenzellkarzinompatienten mit Target-Therapeutika wie Sunitinib, Sorafenib, Temsirolimus und Bevacizumab zeigten in Phase-III-Studien, dass in 20–53 % aller Fälle eine unregelmäßige, intermittierende Diarrhoe (Grad I-IV) nachweisbar war.
