Zusammenfassung
Epidemiologie Es sind um 50% der ambulant-erworbenen, 10% der frühen nosokomialen Pneumonien (erste Woche). Häufig sind (15%) asymptomatische, passagere Kolonisationen des Nasopharynx bei Gesunden, vor allem in der nasskalten Jahreszeit (im Winter bis 50%) oder nach viralen Infekten.
