Zusammenfassung

Vor der Untersuchung eines Kindes oder Jugendlichen bei Verdacht auf einen sexuellen Missbrauch muss eine sorgfältige Anamnese erfolgen. Deren Umfang hängt von den Umständen des Einzelfalles bzw. den Umständen der Vorstellung zur medizinischen Untersuchung ab. Schließlich bestimmt auch die Erfahrung des Untersuchers Art und Ausmaß sowohl der Anamneseerhebung als auch der durchzuführenden Untersuchungen. Bei fehlender Erfahrung ist es sinnvoller, an entsprechend ausgebildete Kollegen oder Zentren weiter zu verweisen.
