Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Anwendungen der NFC-Technologie. Die Integration der berührungslosen Technologie in mobile Geräte ermÖglicht eine Vielzahl von neuartigen Anwendungen. Alle diese Anwendungen bestechen durch besonders einfache Bedienung. Der Benutzer muss für das Bezahlen, Bestellen und Abholen von Informationen mit seinem Mobiltelefon nur für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde eine gekennzeichnete Stelle berühren.
