Zusammenfassung

Weichgewebesarkome sind am häufigsten im Bereich der Extremitäten mit dem angrenzenden Schulter- bzw. Beckengürtel lokalisiert. Entsprechend der Verteilung der Weichgewebe ist dabei die untere Extremität am häufigsten betroffen. Allgemein gilt (Gilbert et al. 2009; Schaser u. Melcher 2004; Steinau et al. 2001):
