Zusammenfassung

Für Patienten mit Hochrisiko-Weichgewebesarkomen im Erwachsenenalter ist die alleinige chirurgische Resektion gefolgt von Strahlentherapie oft nicht ausreichend wirksam, um eine lokale Tumorkontrolle und ein langfristig krankheitsfreies Überleben der Patienten zu erzielen.
