Zusammenfassung

Das Pankreaskarzinom ist ein aggressiver Tumor, der zu einer frühzeitigen lymphogenen Dissemination neigt. Zum Operationszeitpunkt weisen über 50% der Patienten bereits makroskopische Lymphknotenmetastasen auf (Nagakawa et al. 1996). Neben klinisch pathologischen Merkmalen wie Tumorlokalisation, Durchmesser, DNAGehalt, Infiltration von Gefäßen und Perineuralscheiden, ist das Vorliegen von Lymphknotenmetastasen ein etablierter prognostischer Indikator (Geer et al. 1993).
