Zusammenfassung

Die hier vorliegende Leitlinie basiert auf der vorhandenen Leitlinie [1], einer Literaturrecherche (Medline) besonders der vergangenen 10 Jahre sowie einem nachfolgenden Prozess zur Konsensusbildung.
