Abstract
The Tunis Agenda mentions numerous public policy issues that should be considered by the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), however, without establishing a clear order or priority setting.897 A preparatory document, namely the WGIGReport, identified thirteen Internet-related public policy issues in more concrete terms which were partly adopted by the Tunis Agenda.
