Zusammenfassung
Obwohl synoviale Tumoren zu den selteneren Synovialisarthropathien gehören, spielt der tenosynoviale Riesenzelltumor eine große Rolle, da er klinisch bzw. in den bildgebenden Verfahren oft fehlinterpretiert wird; dies gilt insbesondere für den intraartikulären diffusen tendosynovialen Riesenzellentumor. In der Beurteilung von Gelenktumoren bzw. gelenknahen Tumoren ist die Einbeziehung der bildgebenden Befunde durch den Pathologen ein unerlässlicher Diagnosebestandteil.
