Zusammenfassung
Unter der Bezeichnung Synovialosen werden primär nichtentzündliche Synovialisarthropathien abgehandelt. Die Synovialmembran ist in diesem Zusammenhang gewissermaßen als ein Spiegel eines systemischen Erkrankungsgeschehens zu verstehen. Die histopathologischen Substrate in der Synovialmembran leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Diagnosefindung von infektiösen und metabolischen Erkrankungen.
