Zusammenfassung
Das Kapitel behandelt die Nierenveränderungen, die sich im Zusammenhang mit systemischen Erkrankungen wie der Amyloidose oder dem Lupus erythematodes und Stoffwechselerkrankungen wie dem Diabetes mellitus einstellen und zu schweren Nierenschäden führen können. Für alle diese Erkrankungen werden die diagnostischen Besonderheiten eingehend in Text und Bild und teilweise auch tabellarisch dargestellt.
