Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel behandelt die verschiedenen Formen der gestationsbedingten Trophoblasterkrankungen (GTD) mit ihrer Makro- und Mikromorphologie und gibt einen Überblick zur Epidemiologie, Pathogenese und prognostischen Einschätzung der einzelnen Entitäten. Am Schluss der jeweiligen Unterkapitel zu den villösen und nichtvillösen GTD werden detailliert differentialdiagnostische Aspekte erörtert, die zusätzlich in Diagrammen zusammengefasst sind. Zusätzlich wird die Bedeutung verschiedener immunhistochemischer Marker innerhalb der GTD und zur Abgrenzung nichttrophoblastärer Läsionen diskutiert. Die einzelnen Entitäten der GTD werden einschließlich Immunhistochemie zahlreich bebildert.
