Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit einem breiten Spektrum an Veränderungen. Es behandelt die Befunde bei Durchblutungsstörungen und Traumata des Pankreas, weiterhin die tumorartigen zystischen Läsionen. Hierbei werden nur erworbene Zysten (mit Ausnahme der Pseudozysten) und Sonderformen von Zysten behandelt. Ferner werden die seltenen Veränderungen im Bereich der Azini sowie die häufigen Veränderungen im Bereich der Gänge und des Interstitiums (Fibrose, Lipomatose) besprochen. Zum Schluss werden die Pankreasveränderungen im Rahmen einer Pankreastransplantation erörtert.
