Zusammenfassung
Wofür Personalentwicklung im Unternehmen? Nach einer Studie haben die HR-Prozesse der Personalentwicklung/des Kompetenzmanagements bei 66% aller Unternehmen eine hohe bis sehr hohe Bedeutung, der zweithöchste Wert aus einer HR-Prozesslandkarte mit 12 Prozessclustern (Kienbaum HR Strategiestudie 2008 / 2009). Die Qualität der diesbezüglichen Arbeit bewerten aber nur 48% mit einer guten Einschätzung.
