Zusammenfassung

Der aktuelle Ernährungsstatus und die perioperative Ernährungstherapie sind von hoher prognostischer Bedeutung für den Erfolg chirurgischer Eingriffe, auch und gerade bei Patienten mit Tumorerkrankungen. Trotzdem wird die Relevanz der perioperativen ernährungsmedizinischen Betreuung immer noch unterschätzt.
