Abstract
A 45-year-old woman, a restrained passenger, was involved in a rollover motor vehicle crash. She was taken to the closest hospital and diagnosed with a severe neck injury and transferred to a tertiary referral center. She had a sensory level at C6 with 4/5 strength in biceps and deltoid only. She also had a flicker of wrist extension on the right. There was no motor or sensory function below C6 in her bilateral upper or lower extremities. Initial CT scan, and model representation is shown in (Fig. 12.1).
