Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to draw a cross-European comparison of the differences and similarities of forest recreation and nature tourism. The main results of Chapters 2 –6 will be analysed and discussed in a broad European context. The analysis will be directed at comparing and interpreting similarities and differences between regions and countries.
