Abstract
How can leadership teams develop effective strategies in dynamic ecosystems? How should they balance short-term expediency against long-term prudence? How do they change direction and make sudden left turns in their trajectories? How can they surf successive waves of innovation? This chapter is about how technology firms develop their strategies, maintain momentum, and revise their approach as conditions change, in other words how they navigate their dynamic strategic trajectory real-time.
