Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel stellt eine umfassende Übersicht der Entzündungsformen im Bereich der anorektalen Grenzregion dar. Erstmalig werden die Manifestationen venerischer Infektionen in dieser Region systematisch abgehandelt. Weitere Entzündungsformen werden nach formalpathologischen Gesichtspunkten (z. B. granulomatös, abszedierend) und nach Pathogenese (Analfissur, Analekzem) gegliedert dargestellt. Dabei finden die z. T. umfängliche Differentialdiagnostik und die Prinzipien der Therapie Berücksichtigung.
