Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die möglichen Auswirkungen einer NSAR/ASS-Therapie im Dünn- und Dickdarm beschrieben. Die dadurch induzierten Läsionen wie Hämorrhagien, Erosionen, Ulzera und Stenosen bis hin zum „Diaphragmakolon“ werden im Detail erörtert und differentialdiagnostisch den entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen (insbesondere M. Crohn) und ischämisch induzierten Läsionen gegenübergestellt.
