Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel widmet sich der Morphologie der Durchblutungsstörungen und ihrer Ursachen. Es werden die arteriell und venös bedingte Minderperfusion des Dünndarms und ihre Folgen behandelt. Weiterhin wird die Beteiligung des Dünndarms an entzündlichen Gefäßerkrankungen, wie z. B. Panarteritis nodosa oder Purpura Schoenlein-Henoch, besprochen. Schließlich werden Gefäßstörungen wie die portale hypertensive Enteropathie oder Angiodysplasie dargestellt.
