Abstract

In Appendix A we defined the dielectric function, ε(k, ω), and we connected it with the electric conductivity, σ(k, ω), the electric susceptibility, χe(k, ω), and the electric polarizability, αe(k, ω) of atoms, or ions, or molecules.
