Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen von invasiven diagnostischen Untersuchungen, insbesondere aber von therapeutischen interventionellen Maßnahmen muss bei einem Teil der Patienten mit dem Auftreten von Komplikationen gerechnet werden. Häufigkeit und Schwere dieser Komplikationen sind im Vergleich zu operativen Verfahren in der Regel geringer. Dennoch kann sich aufgrund dieser Komplikationen eine akute und lebensbedrohliche Gefährdung der Patienten ergeben.
