Zusammenfassung
Eine 33-jährige Frau kommt wegen einer Schwäche des linken Beins in die Notaufnahme einer Neurologischen Universitätsklinik. Die Beschwerden hatten 5 Tage zuvor mit lokalen Rückenschmerzen und einer gürtelförmigen Muskelverspannung der linken Rumpfwand begonnen. Gleichzeitig entwickelte sich ein Taubheitsgefühl des linken Beins. Im rechten Bein besteht kein Taubheitsgefühl, dafür aber ein dauerhaftes Wärmegefühl, das sich periodisch zu einem Brennschmerz steigert.
