Zusammenfassung
Jeder operative Eingriff ist mit einem Blutungsrisiko verbunden, das durch eine Gerinnungsstörung erheblich verstärkt werden kann. Ziel der präoperativen Hämostasediagnostik ist es, diese Patienten zu erkennen, um spätere Blutungskomplikationen zu vermeiden. Neben der Laboranalytik besitzt eine gezielte Blutungsanamnese einen hohen Stellenwert zur Erkennung von Hämostasestörungen. Im folgenden Kapitel wird das bisherige präoperative Hämostasemanagement kritisch bewertet und ein praktisches Diagnose- und Therapiekonzept vorgestellt.
