Viele Komponenten des Hämostasesystems weisen in den ersten Lebensmonaten im Vergleich zu den Erwachsenenwerten quantitative Unterschiede auf. Die Diagnostik von kindlichen Hämostasestörungen erfordert daher altersentsprechende Referenzwerte.
