Thank you very much, Judge Villiger. It falls upon me now to make some concluding remarks which I will divide into two parts. First, I will try to summarize what we have heard and then I will make some remarks about how to proceed from here. First of all, as I understand the presentations and the discussions over these two days, I see the possibility to identify five different approaches to the problem, which has been explained in the introduction of Professor Frowein and in great detail by Judge Villiger, at the end.
