Zusammenfassung

Die Belastungsuntersuchung ist hilfreich bei der Differenzialdiagnose. Grundsätzlich folgt die Differenzialdiagnose der verschiedenen Krankheitsbilder dem klassischen Vorgehen [24, 8, 9, 14]:

  • Anamese,

  • Klinik,

  • Diagnostik mit EKG,

  • Lungenfunktion,

  • Röntgenuntersuchung,

  • Herzultraschall in Ruhe und unter Belastung, ggf. weiter apparative Diagnostik.
