Zusammenfassung
Unter der Herzinsuffizienz versteht man die Unfähigkeit des Herzens, genügend Blut zu fördern, um die metabolischen Bedürfnisse des Organismus zu decken. Die Herzinsuffizienz ist keine eigenständige Erkrankung, sondern ein Symptomenkomplex.
