Zusammenfassung

Belastungsuntersuchungen nehmen in der Diagnostik von Klappenvitien trotz erweiterter bildmorphologischer Verfahren weiterhin eine bedeutende Rolle ein, da gerade bei Patienten mit erworbenen oder kongenitalen operierten und nicht operierten Vitien im Erwachsenenalter die individuelle Lebensqualität entscheidend durch die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit beeinflusst wird (Trappe u. Löllgen 2000).
